DNACPR, consent and the CQC


A GP practice has recently been rated inadequate by the CQC. The inspection report found a series of problems including: ‘Out of five clinical records viewed three patients had not being consulted or consented having a Do Not Attempt Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation request (DNACPR) put in place...’
