On 10th November 2021 the CQC rated Mobile Medical Cover inadequate. It is an
independent ambulance service providing patient transport for an NHS Trust. Reasons for the rating included: ‘We reviewed the service’s patient clinical record forms, which staff completed when they transported patients from events to hospital, and saw there was nowhere to specifically record patient consent, mental capacity...’
