Mohammed Umar

Mohammed Umar is the creator of Ummah Strong, a global health, wellness and fitness brand specialising in working with clients to remodel all aspects of their health in line with their own personal vision and core values.


He has worked in the health and fitness sector for 16 years, over which time he was employed as a Head Trainer at Ultimate Performance Mayfair and Schordich.


Umar started down this career path due to his own experiences with overcoming obstacles with his physical, mental and social health. His personal experience led him to clearly understand the need for a more considered approach to coaching and personal training.


His approach combines all aspects that make up quality long-term health. Biomechanics, breathwork, nutrition and mindset. All components are actively assessed and integrated into his coaching approach on an individual basis. In order to achieve awareness across all aspects and to provide clarity and achievable outcomes at each stage of the process.


He delivers his coaching in person within a gym and over video and phone calls to a global and diverse client base.


Umar has also pioneered a project focused on improving learning and mental health  outcomes for school kids using breathwork practices. Delivering teachings via in person workshops, and his coaching app. Umar has delivered workshops to educators across the spectrum of the education sector.
