Piers McNeil

Piers is an independent social worker with 23 years of experience in various fields of adult social care, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health for older adults. Piers is also a qualified DoLS Best Interests Assessor and has previously served as a Court of Protection visitor. Additionally, he was employed as a local authority MCA/safeguarding lead. Piers has led practice forums for Best Interests Assessors and has designed and delivered training to diverse audiences.
