Mental Capacity: Retain, Remember or Recall......Does it Matter?

Mental capacity assessments are a crucial way to ensure people are in control of their own decisions or ensure that if it is properly established that they lack mental capacity, decisions are made in their best interests.

Join us on 8th June for a full day examining how to assess mental capacity. During the course we will discuss the meaning of retain and how this might differ from 'remember' or 'recall'

The course will also examine the latest mental capacity case law relevant to the 'causative nexus'.

The course will be delivered by one of the authors of the book Working with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (3rd edition). For those unable to attend, some free resources from this book are available on our website here.
