Anthony Harbour

Anthony Harbour was a founding member and director of Edge. He retired as a director in 2015. He is a specialist in health and social service law. He is a tribunal judge dealing with mental health and primary health list cases. He has a particular interest in the management and treatment of children and young people with complex mental health problems and has published Children with mental disorder and the law (Jessica Kingsley 2008).
