About the Event
Aims
This half day course is designed to enable participants to feel equipped to attend the Court of Protection and to ensure they know what to expect including:
Refreshing key aspects of mental capacity law with reference to statute and code
Familiarise participants with the Court of Protection process, including during the Covid-19 pandemic
Key legal terms in the Court of Protection and what they mean
Assist participants with the process of evidence giving
