About the Event
Edge is running a supervision group which aims to support Best Interests Assessors with practice issues. Many independent BIAs tell us that they feel isolated and cannot always access supervision services. In addition, many BIAs that work 'in house' do so in addition to an already demanding full time role which makes it difficult to develop their skills as a BIA. The session may also be useful to BIAs returning to practice that would like to gain confidence before they restart their BIA assessments. The supervision group will be run by an experienced member of the Edge team and numbers will be limited to 6 or less to enable the whole group to raise their own issues/questions.
Please note this is NOT a training course so please attend prepared with your own case or issue that would like to discuss for the supervision group to be successful.
