Who does the Act apply to?
The 5 legal principles underpinning the Act
What does the Act mean by lack of capacity?
The process for assessing capacity and how families can help
The process for making best interests decisions
What should happen if there’s a dispute about capacity or best interests?
An overview of Advance Decisions, Lasting Powers of Attorney & Deputyship
The group size will be limited so that those attending can ask questions about their own circumstances in an informal setting and in confidence (Edge sessions are not recorded).
