This one day course provides a detailed overview of the various faith related issues that may arise when assessing mental capacity such as marriage, contraception, charitable donations, fasting, prayer and attending places of worship. The course considers how the Court of Protection approaches best interets decisions when the person no longer has the mental capacity to

participate in faith based activities.
